My Resolution for Christmas

This week for RE we are looking at Mary and Mrs Lee read out two bible verses out and the first one was about an Angel telling Mary that she is going to give birth to baby Jesus, and the second was about everyone gathering up to meet Jesus and Mary and Jesus' brothers were waiting to talk to him but Jesus said “My mother and brothers are those who hear God’s word and put it into practice.” 

 We had to think of a resolution's for Christmas, and so we thought about it and we could choose a verse from the bible or make our own resolution. I chose to choose a verse, it was a very short one but very meaningful so here is mine:

My Eucharist Symbol

For lesson 7 in RE we learned about the Eucharist because the Eucharist is one of the Seven Sacraments. Out activity was to create a symbol of the Eucharist and we had to add a verse from the Bible that relates to our symbol.

What the Eucharist means to me is that we eat and drink the blood of Jesus and the Body of Jesus so we can remember Him.

What I found difficult was drawing the symbol because we could look on google for pictures of the Eucharist and I found it really hard to draw it. But I really enjoyed coloring mine because I like coloring.

Anyways here is my Eucharist symbol:

Awsome Rosary

W.A.L.T pray a decade of the Rosary.


In R.E we had to do a Google drawing of 1 decade of the Rosary because it is October and it is the Month of Mary so that is why we created this. We also created this because it is a Guide of the Rosary for the people who don't know about it. It has colors to show which one is which, and it shows what prayer you have to say for each bead. So here is mine:

The Amazing New Church

During this year we have not been able to go to the Church because there has been leaking and some damages from the big earthquake. We would be separated from the Juniors for Assembly, the seniors would do there Assembly in Room 6, and the juniors would usalley have there Assembly in Room 2. We haven't been using the Church in a whole year! But now we have a brand new church it is Awesome! On the last day of school last term we had to do the last Assembly outside, Plus it was pretty chillie.

I went inside the new amazing church and I saw something right in front of me and it looked really
fimalier, it was the baptism holy water and I was like what why is this here and I realize that it was a new
church so they probably moved some things. I finally looked at the actually Church but I was wondering
why are there door handles floating and then I realize that there were doors but it was made out of glass
so I thought that was pretty cool too. Finally I actually went inside the Church and it was amazing! I also
saw that there was a skylight above where the father stand and sits and that was sooooo cool.

Now let me tell you about what I thought about the light’s because I felt really weird about them so I
have to tell you. First thing is that the light’s were really cool because it was like shaped as line’s and
those are one of my favorite type of light’s but then it was getting a little hot from above so I thought the
lights were like heater light’s so I was really curious about that.

Now let me tell you what the father said because what he said was really interesting. He said that the
Statue of St Bernadette is from France and I think it’s probably from there because when
St Bernadette went there there was like this small cave and that is where Marry popped up.
It is also the place where you get these mint’s and they are made from the holy water and it has a
picture of Mary on it. The Station of the cross were made in Spain and I thought that was

Really cool to see the Station’s of the cross from Spain.

Also while people were getting there blessings the Choir was singing a song and that song was called
All creatures of our God and Kng and I was in the Choir so I sang with other people too.
The father was also talking about an Oak tree and that God is the Vine and we are the root.
